 | Description |
 | | Brochure updates in the EXAM ROOMS of Dr. offices and clinics. Job consists of pre call to facility to set appointment, taking 1 16# double kit for every 2 units, removing old brochures and ad panels and replacing with new. Old brochures and debris must be disposed of off site. Be sure to count UNITS listed by the locations you are accepting or requesting. Every 2 units = one 16# kit. |

 | Execution Dates |
 | | IMPORTANT INFO: You MUST PERSONALLY UPDATE THE UNITS AT EACH LOCATION. This may require a 2nd visit (you will be reimbursed if you've made the pre call, went at scheduled time and were told you could not do the update by the office contact) so PLEASE REVIEW LOCATIONS CAREFULLY AND ONLY ACCEPT THOSE THAT ARE WITHIN DRIVING DISTANCE FOR A POSSIBLE 2ND VISIT!!!!!! |

 | Reimbursement |
 | | $14.00 for 1, 2, or 3 units per location. Every unit over 3 per location pays an additional $3.00 per unit. Ex: 3 units = $14.00 - 5 units = $20.00 etc . |

 | Specifics |
 | | Kits are targeted to start shipping on 11/7/07. It will take 2 full weeks to ship 28,000 kits so please be patient. Targeted program end date is December 7th. (These dates are subject to change if kits arrive to PHG late. See instructions that ship with the kits for confirmed dates.)
